Former forward of Donetsk Shakhtar Andrey Vorobey shared his thoughts on the recognition of Ukrainian forward Artem Dovbik from the Italian Roma as the best player of Serie A in March.
Andrey Vorobey— I believe it is deserved. Artem has a goal-scoring instinct. Perhaps, he is expected to do more work as a forward, even to fight more with his hands. I read an interview with a coach who said that in Italy, about 30-40% is wrestling with hands. So, he needs to add in that component.
But Dovbik has the goal-scoring instinct. And that is pleasing. It is pleasing that our players shine in such top clubs in Europe. Why not? I think he deserved this award.
