The Control and Disciplinary Committee of UAF on Monday made a number of decisions, including:
— having reviewed the materials regarding the quarter-final match of the Ukrainian Cup of the 2024/2025 season "Oleksandriya" — "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on April 2, 2025, obligating "Oleksandriya" to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 50,000 (fifty thousand) hryvnias (for repeating indecent, offensive chants towards the referee of the match) and a mandatory monetary contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for improper conduct of the team: 5 (five) or more representatives of one team received sanctions from the referee in one match) and obligating "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for improper conduct of the team: 5 (five) or more representatives of one team received sanctions from the referee);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the quarter-final match of the Ukrainian Cup of the 2024/2025 season "Veres" (Rivne) — "Polissya" (Zhytomyr), which took place on April 2, 2025, obligating "Veres" to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for improper conduct of the team: 5 (five) or more representatives of one team received sanctions from the referee) and obligating "Polissya" to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for improper conduct of the team: 5 (five) or more representatives of one team received sanctions from the referee);
— having reviewed the materials regarding a possible violation of the UPL Regulations by "Kolos" during the match of the 23rd round of the Ukrainian Premier League "Kolos" (Kovalivka) — "Rukh" (Lviv), which took place on April 7, 2025, obligating "Kolos" to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for delaying the start of the match again);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the expulsion of the player of "Shakhtar U-19" Vasyl Bundash during the match of the 23rd round of the U-19 Championship of Ukraine "Shakhtar U-19" (Donetsk) — "Veres U-19" (Rivne), which took place on April 5, 2025, suspending the player of "Shakhtar U-19" Vasyl Bundash from participating in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for serious gaming misconduct);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the expulsion of the coach of "Oleksandriya U-19" Oleksandr Tarasenko after the match of the 23rd round of the U-19 Championship of Ukraine "Oleksandriya U-19" — "Kryvbas U-19" (Kryvyi Rih), which took place on April 5, 2025, suspending the coach of "Oleksandriya U-19" Oleksandr Tarasenko from participating in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for using abusive, indecent words), of which for 1 (one) match conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year.
