Ukrainian coach Volodymyr Maziar told “Brutal Football” that he had a signed contract with a Kazakh club, but he was unable to leave Ukraine.
Volodymyr Maziar— I tried to leave Ukraine legally, but I was denied. They explained that the Kazakhstan championship is not included in the list of top 20 European leagues. Although I provided all the necessary documents, including a contract with the club, I still was not allowed to leave, — said Maziar.
At the beginning of the year, media reported that Maziar was in negotiations with the Kazakh club “Atyrau”.
