Aston Villa forward Marcus Rashford hopes that his performances at the Birmingham club will attract Barcelona, reports talkSPORT.
Marcus Rashford, Getty ImagesIn January, Rashford left Manchester United on loan to the Villans and during this time scored three goals and provided five assists. The 27-year-old forward was linked with Barcelona last winter, but at that time, the out-of-form England international did not seem appealing to the Blaugrana, especially with his salary of £350,000 a week.
A return for Rashford to Old Trafford seems unlikely due to the rift in relations between Marcus and the Red Devils coach Ruben Amorim.
It should be noted that Aston Villa still has the option to potentially buy Rashford for £40 million.
