Former Zorya player Parit Djikhani said that he is following the events in Ukraine.
Parit Djikhani— I followed every event related to Ukraine. I still have contacts with many friends. At the beginning of the war, I offered them to come to Albania. War is always a bad choice, but Ukraine has every right to defend itself, its territory, and its people.
I met with the Ukrainian ambassador in Albania, we were collecting donations for the Ukrainian people. I attended an exhibition of Ukrainian artists at the Tirana Art Gallery. It was a very special event. May their next exhibition be about a beautiful life and dreams without war.
I have such nostalgia and I miss Ukraine so much. I would really like to come one day. Especially, I would like to visit my favorite Luhansk. Although I understand that the city will no longer be as it was before,” said Djikhani.
