«Professionals are working in the Association. Andriy Mykolayovych leads his process quite modestly, performing the duties of the head professionally. Punctually, decently. All assemblies and executive committees are held on time. All issues are resolved quickly. All issues are clearly outlined, providing clarity on the problem, so they are resolved immediately. There is no bureaucracy.
The main achievement is a quick, but not easy adaptation to work. It was necessary to adjust many financial issues that were problematic, so that the association and all its components could operate. Committees had to be created.
