The "Epicenter" from Kamianets-Podilskyi, which has prematurely entered the UPL this season, has every chance to host home matches in the elite division at its club stadium named after Tonkocheyev.

As journalist Maksym Hilenko reported, for the Epicenter Stadium to be allowed to host UPL matches, only the first of the listed problems — the lighting issue — must be resolved, while UAF is willing to overlook the other two issues given the war conditions.
However, to achieve a sufficient level of artificial lighting at the Tonkocheyev Stadium, new lighting masts need to be installed, and the cost of such a project is about 15 million UAH. Accordingly, "Epicenter" needs to allocate these funds and also complete all necessary work before the start of the next Ukrainian championship, scheduled for August 2 (the base date for the first round).
