Viktor Vatsko“If I’m not mistaken, next Wednesday there will be a meeting of representatives of UPL clubs with UAF, where the topic of the referee management system in Ukrainian football will be raised. The clubs are initiating a reform, according to which, referees should be independent of UAF. It is the UPL clubs that should subsequently manage Ukrainian football referees independently,” Vatsko said in the author’s program on YouTube.
