Filipp Budkovsky. Photo — FC Zarya— How is Zarya preparing for the match with Shakhtar?
— We are preparing for a fight. “Shakhtar” is the giant of our championship. It’s nice to play against such a team. So, we will go onto the field only for points.
— Zarya has already drawn 2:2 with Dynamo in the second round. Will you take anything from that match as an example for the game with the Donetsk team?
— Of course. Mood, character, fight, and a positive result. That is what we will take as an example. (Smiles).
— In the match with LNZ, you scored your 50th goal in the UPL. What emotions do you feel from such an achievement?
— These are very pleasant emotions, a little personal achievement. But I understand that there were many moments, and I could have scored more… So, there is work to do.
— What bar are you setting for yourself? How many more goals do you want to score in the UPL?
— Firstly, I always set the next bar: I want to score 10 goals in the season. I believe that for a striker, this is the minimum that should be. And the main thing is to score in every match.
Of course, I want to score 10 goals this season. There is a bar that I am aiming for. And I always want to achieve the goals I set for myself.
