England received exceptional representation in the Champions League next season: for the first time in history, six teams from this country will participate in the tournament.

Initially, the Premier League was supposed to delegate four of its representatives to the main European Cup tournament, but back in April, England became one of the two countries that received an additional place in the Champions League for the best performance of its clubs in the current European Cup season.
The sixth spot in the Champions League will be awarded to England based on the quota of the current Europa League winner final, in which two representatives of the Premier League - "Tottenham" and "Manchester United" will play (both of these teams have long lost their chances to qualify for European competitions through the English Premier League of the current season).
Thus, in the Champions League of the 2025/26 season, five best teams from England based on the results of the national championship will participate, as well as the winner of the Europa League final of the current season "Tottenham" - "Manchester United".
It should be noted that all six English teams will begin their participation in the Champions League from the main stage. What the representation in the tournament from the Premier League will be like has not yet been determined, but with three rounds remaining until the end of the current English championship, the top five looks like this: "Liverpool", "Arsenal", "Manchester City", "Newcastle", "Chelsea".
