The Control and Disciplinary Committee of the UAF made a number of decisions, including:
— having considered the materials regarding the possible violation by FC "Chornomorets" (Odesa) of regulatory norms during the match of the 27th round of the Ukrainian championship FC "Chornomorets" (Odesa) — FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on May 3, 2025, obliged FC "Chornomorets" (Odesa) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 30,000 (thirty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance of FC "Chornomorets" (Odesa) with the requirements of Additional security measures for the organization and holding of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely regarding the holding of the match without spectators);
— having considered the materials regarding the improper behavior of fans during the match of the 27th round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC "Veres" (Rivne) — FC "Obolon" (Kyiv), which took place on May 3, 2025, obliged FC "Veres" (Rivne) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 75,000 (seventy-five thousand) hryvnias within 10 (ten) days from the date of receiving the decision, applied a sanction to FC "Veres" (Rivne) in the form of holding a match without spectators for one year on probation (for repeated chanting of obscene, insulting nature towards the referee of the match) and obliged FC "Veres" (Rivne) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for fans throwing foreign objects into the playing area);
— having considered the materials regarding the behavior of the team FC "Veres" (Rivne) during the match of the 27th round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC "Veres" (Rivne) — FC "Obolon" (Kyiv), which took place on May 3, 2025, obliged FC "Veres" (Rivne) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 5,000 (five thousand) hryvnias (for going beyond the technical zone of the team officials during the match);
— having considered the materials regarding the expulsion of the player of FC "Veres" (Rivne) Bohdan Kohut during the match of the 27th round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC "Veres" (Rivne) — FC "Obolon" (Kyiv), which took place on May 3, 2025, suspended the player of FC "Veres" (Rivne) Bohdan Kohut from participating in competitions for 3 (three) matches (for using abusive, vulgar words);
— having considered the materials regarding the improper behavior of fans during the match of the 27th round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC LNZ (Cherkasy) — FC "Zorya" (Luhansk), which took place on May 4, 2025, obliged FC LNZ (Cherkasy) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 30,000 (thirty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated throwing by fans of foreign objects into the playing area);
— having considered the materials regarding the possible violation by FC "Polissya" (Zhytomyr) of regulatory norms during the match of the 27th round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC "Polissya" (Zhytomyr) — FC "Oleksandriya" (Oleksandriya), which took place on May 4, 2025, obliged FC "Polissya" (Zhytomyr) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance of FC "Polissya" (Zhytomyr) with the requirements of Additional safety measures for organizing and holding football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely exceeding the maximum allowable number of spectators at the stadium);
— having considered the materials regarding the expulsion of the assistant coach of FC "Polissya" (Zhytomyr) Anton Dyachenko during the match of the 27th round of the Ukrainian Premier League FC "Polissya" (Zhytomyr) — FC "Oleksandriya" (Oleksandriya), which took place on May 4, 2025, suspended the assistant coach of FC "Polissya" (Zhytomyr) Anton Dyachenko from participating in competitions for 2 (two) matches, of which for 1 (one) match conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year (for deliberately throwing objects that accidentally ended up on the field);
— having considered the materials regarding the match of the Ukrainian Cup FC "Polissya" (Zhytomyr) — FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on April 23, 2025, obliged FC "Polissya" (Zhytomyr) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 40,000 (forty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance of FC "Polissya" (Zhytomyr) with the requirements of Additional security measures for the organization and holding of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely exceeding the maximum allowable number of spectators at the stadium) and a mandatory monetary contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for improper behavior of the team (when 5 (five) or more representatives of one team in one match receive sanctions from the referee));
