Madrid's Real plans to fight with Atletico for the transfer of Tottenham central defender Cristian Romero.

The Spanish specialist hopes that Romero will join Trent Alexander-Arnold in the starting lineup, who is expected to arrive this summer from Liverpool as a free agent.
Real's defeat by Barcelona (3:4) only highlighted the need to strengthen the defense of the "whites." Barcelona scored 16 goals in four matches against Real this season in all competitions.
