The Ukrainian Premier League continues to honor the heroes of the 2024/25 season and formed the symbolic team of the 28th round of the Ukrainian championship, as well as named the best player and the best coach of the 28th round. Traditionally, this was done together with hosts, experts, commentators of UPL TV, and representatives of leading sports media in Ukraine.

The top-3 ranking also included Vasyl Kobin ("Inhulets" defeated "Lviv" — 2:1) and Ruslan Kostyshyn ("Koloss" ensured their place in UPL for the next season with an away victory over "Kryvbas" (1:0)). A bit behind them was Oleksandr Kuchery, whose "Chornomorets" won against "Vorskla" (2:1) away and continues to fight for survival in the elite division.
The title of the best player of the 28th round was awarded with a total advantage in points to the hero of the match "Karpaty" — "Oleksandriia" Ambrosiy Chachua, who first earned a penalty, after which the Lviv team equalized, and in the 90+5th minute secured the victory for "Karpaty" — 2:1. The top-5 ranking of the round also included Yaroslav Rakitskyi, who with his run and slide tackle saved "Chornomorets" from conceding a second goal and became a co-author of the comeback victory in Poltava, Ivan Pakholyuk ("Koloss"), Vitaliy Farasienko ("Inhulets"), and Oleg Horin ("Rukh").
