“Manchester City” has abandoned the idea of signing Bayer midfielder Florian Wirtz in the summer transfer window.

The German national team midfielder was considered a possible replacement for Kevin De Bruyne, who will leave the Etihad at the end of the season. However, after negotiations with Wirtz’s club and his representatives in Manchester last week, the “Citizens” decided to focus on other players.
