The Europa League was different; we performed at a high level and proved again this season that we can beat anyone. I am confident that next season we will significantly improve thanks to a full preseason preparation. It will be a special evening, a special event, we have prepared well, and we are eagerly looking forward to it.
The fans have been simply incredible this season. We, the players, are amazed at how strongly they support us. We have disappointed them too often. We gave them a few good moments in the Europa League and wonderful memories from the perspective of the derby victory at the Etihad, but overall it surprised even me. They are great fans, and this year they proved it," Maguire is quoted by the press service of the "Red Devils".
