German defender of Bayer Jonathan Tah is on the verge of transferring to Munich’s Bavaria, reports journalist Santi Auna.

According to the source, in July 2025, Jonathan Tah will leave Bayer as a free agent. The footballer and his entourage held productive negotiations with Munich’s Bavaria. Tah agreed to a four-year contract with a salary of 14 million euros per year.

It was previously reported that Jonathan Tah was wanted at Real Madrid by Xabi Alonso, but the Madrid club signed Spanish defender Dean Hayes from Bournemouth.
