Famous manager and expert Vyacheslav Zakhovaylo shared his thoughts on the prospects of Kyiv " Dynamo " in the upcoming season.

— "Dynamo" Kyiv is the champion! What’s next?
Players go on vacation, only for the club management the real work begins in implementing the planned strategies in the transfer market. The club president has expressed a desire to qualify for the Champions League. Although he is aware that this will be a difficult task. The head coach and all specialists understand this.
European cups are the display of club football. Only at this level is the potential of players assessed. Tournament successes attract the interest of wealthy clubs. And if we add the success of the national team, it creates a significant justified opportunity to noticeably replenish the club’s treasury through the sale of its asset. The president is proud that the club academy works successfully. And as a result — the team has a dominant number of players who are club graduates.
Does this give "Dynamo" an advantage in European tournaments?
Unfortunately, we got the answer to this question in the past autumn European cup campaign.
The full-scale war in the country reduces the chances of acquiring truly qualitative, developed, ready players. Is it so? The example of a direct competitor: "Shakhtar" refutes the statement. Money wins over evil! And big money is even a good thing. Professional football is big business for wealthy uncles. What does this mean for the club "Dynamo" Kyiv? If the task set is not a bluff, for the sake of beautiful rhetoric to calm the fans, then the club owners will have to fork out a large sum of money. And it doesn’t matter at all whether this money comes from sponsors or bank loans. The ability to negotiate and find ways has always been a positive skill of the Surkis brothers. Fans have no choice but to hope for their talent.
To be fair, strengthening is needed in almost all positions. The question arises, what to do with the ballast of players who are not suited for big tasks? The answer is as simple as a Sunday morning. This ballast will gladly be used by UPL clubs under various conditions. The main question!!! Will there be a desire to find the funds for strengthening. Everything else is the responsibility of management and qualified scouts.
Good to all. Glory to Ukraine!, — wrote Zakhovaylo on his Facebook page.
