The Madrid "Real" has officially announced the appointment of Xabi Alonso as the new head coach.
Xabi AlonsoIt is reported that Alonso and Real have signed a contract for three seasons — until June 30, 2028.
A special event, during which Alonso will be presented as the new head coach of Real, will take place on Monday, May 28.
Recall that recently Alonso left his position as the coach of Bayer, which he led for three seasons. Under the guidance of the Spanish specialist, the German club won the Bundesliga, the DFB-Pokal, and the DFL-Supercup.
