Former midfielder of Kyiv’s Dynamo Roman Eremenko has been called up to the Finland national team. This is reported by the Football Association of Finland.
Roman EremenkoCurrently, the 38-year-old player represents the Finnish club Gnistan. In this season, he has played seven matches, scoring one goal and providing three assists.
The last time Eremenko played for the national team was in September 2016 in a World Cup qualifying match against Kosovo. In total, he has 73 appearances for the national team and 5 goals.
This time, Roman will help the team in the World Cup qualifiers. On June 7, the Finns will face the Netherlands, and on June 10 — Poland.
