According to The Sun, the 20-year-old footballer has instructed his agent to make it clear that he is interested in moving to Chelsea.

It is noteworthy that the London club attempted to sign Garnacho during the January transfer window but could not agree with Manchester United on the price. Now the Red Devils are ready to sell the Argentine for £60 million.
