Negotiations have been ongoing for over a year: initially Donnarumma agreed to a new salary structure, but his entourage later requested revisions that the club ignored. The situation has stagnated, despite the goalkeeper’s good performance in the Champions League.

Although Donnarumma has stated that he wants to stay, he does not rule out other options. His agent has already been in contact with Inter, and there is also interest from Napoli, Real Madrid, and Premier League clubs. So, if there is no agreement with PSG, he has alternatives.
