A charitable breakfast took place in Toronto with the participation of business leaders and the Ukrainian community in Canada. The honorary guest of the event was the President of UAF Andriy Shevchenko, reports the official UAF page on Facebook.

Photo: UAFDuring the meeting, he spoke about the strength of Ukrainian football and presented the social mission of UAF — the development of adaptive sports for those affected by the war. More than 350 guests gathered under the slogan “Sport in Times of War” to remind once again: the world is with Ukraine.
“I am here to thank you for your support and talk about Ukraine — about our strength, pain, and faith that we carry in every match. Football is not just a game. It is a tool that helps remind us: the struggle continues,” Shevchenko said.
Thanks to the joint efforts of the organizers and partners, over 200,000 Canadian dollars were raised for adaptive football programs implemented by the UAF Foundation.
