On June 11, there will be a friendly tournament match of the Canadian Shield, in which the national teams of Ukraine and New Zealand will meet. All teams play at BMO Field, which will host the final part of the World Cup in 2026.

In the first matches of the tournament, the players under Serhiy Rebrov unexpectedly lost to Canada, which is the organizer of the Canadian Shield, with a score of 2:4. In another match, New Zealand narrowly defeated Ivory Coast (1:0).

Recently, a training session of the Ukrainian national team players took place, during which the players practiced under the guidance of head coach Serhiy Rebrov.
