Tottenham President Daniel Levy explained why the board of directors made the decision to dismiss Angelos Postecoglou.
Angelos Postecoglou— I do not regret appointing Angelos, I am very grateful to him. In his first season, we finished in fifth place, and the second season brought us a trophy. However, we want to participate in all tournaments, and we realized that changes are inevitable. Emotionally, this was not easy, but we are convinced that we made the right decision for the club.
