As Fabrizio Romano writes on his Twitter, the Partenopei plan to continue negotiations with the English champions regarding Nunez next week. The Uruguayan is the main focus in the transfer plans of Napoli’s coach Antonio Conte. Napoli will not continue talks with other strikers until they have a clear idea about a possible deal for the 25-year-old player.

Additionally, the Partenopei made a verbal offer to Liverpool in the amount of approximately 40 million euros.
