President of Kyiv’s “Dynamo” Igor Surkis addressed the people of Kyiv regarding another strike by the “enemy” on residential buildings in the city last night.
Dear residents of Kyiv!
Our beloved city is once again under attack. The enemy targeted a residential building for the second time in a week, many civilian structures have also been damaged. Innocent lives have again been lost. Again pain, tears, fear, and anger. This is not just attacks — this is conscious terror against the peaceful population.
On behalf of all FC “Dynamo” (Kyiv) — players, coaches, staff, and our fans — I express my sincere condolences to the families of the victims. We are with you in this terrible time. We bow our heads in mourning for every life taken by this war.
But at the same time, we say: we will not be broken. Kyiv has stood, stands, and will stand. Our people are unbreakable. We cannot be frightened or stopped. We will definitely endure and win. Because we are at home. And the truth is on our side.
