As it became known Sport Arena, Poltava’s Vorskla has agreed to cooperate with the new head coach - Zhelko Lyubenovich.
Zhelko LyubenovichThe parties agreed on the terms of the personal contract. The coach has already arrived in Ukraine to sign the contract, after which there will be an official presentation of the Serbian specialist. The last club of Lyubenovich was Mynai, which Zhelko led before the start of the second round of the 2023/2024 season.
In the 2024/2025 season, Vorskla finished in 13th position in the UPL, after which they lost in the confrontation for a place in the elite by penalties to the representative of the First league Kudrivtsi.
