Dear Ukrainians!

From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate you on Ukraine’s Constitution Day — a symbol of our statehood, justice, and democratic values.

In these challenging times, when Ukraine is fighting for its freedom and future, we feel the strength of the Constitution more than ever. The Constitution is the foundation that unites us in our common desire to live in a free, lawful, and European state.

Resilience is our main trait. Observance of the Constitution is our duty. Faith in victory is our strength.

I am convinced: together we will overcome all trials, maintain unity, defend our country, and together we will win.
