Left winger of Dortmund’s Borussia Jamie Gittens will continue his career in the London club Chelsea. The English club has agreed on the transfer of the player for 55 million pounds sterling, reports the authoritative insider Fabrizio Romano.
Jamie Byno-GittensGittens will sign a contract with Chelsea until the summer of 2032. The English winger is already undergoing a medical examination at the London club.
Gittens became a Borussia player in 2022. In the 2024/2025 season, he played 49 matches for the German club in all competitions, scoring 12 goals and providing five assists.
The young footballer is a potential competitor for Chelsea’s Ukrainian legionnaire Mykhailo Mudryk, who also plays as a left winger. However, Mudryk is currently suspended from football due to a positive doping test.
