Everton extends contract with Branthwaite

Everton central defender Jarrad Branthwaite has extended his deal with the Toffees.

With his performances over the last two seasons, the 23-year-old player has earned a reputation as one of the best central defenders in the Premier League and has caught the eyes of Manchester United and Newcastle. Branthwaite's new contract runs until June 2030.

“I am on cloud nine. It’s something we’ve been talking about since the end of the season, and I’m very happy that the deal is now done.

Thanks to the trust of the club and the number of matches I’ve played over the last two years, it was quite easy for me to make the decision to stay and continue to progress,” Branthwaite said.
