The coaching staff of Kharkiv’s "Metalist 1925" received a new reinforcement — former midfielder of the Ukrainian national team Yevhen Shakhov has joined the team and will work as an assistant to the head coach Mladen Bartulović.
Yevhen Shakhov. Photo — metalist1925.comThroughout his playing career, Shakhov played for Ukrainian clubs "Dnipro," "Arsenal," and "Zarya," Greek teams PAOK and AEK, the Italian "Lecce," and also the Kazakhstani "Tobol." The midfielder ended his playing career a year ago.
The young 34-year-old specialist already has a valid UEFA "B" coaching diploma and will start training for the "A" license in September.
