The first week of Kyiv “Dynamo” at the Austrian training camp is coming to an end. On the sixth day of the training camp, the team held one practical and one theoretical session.
Photo: fcdynamo.comThe weather in Bad Waltersdorf changed, and on Friday, rain replaced the summer heat during the “white-blue” training.
The team worked in two groups. The main group focused on preparing for the first friendly match, concentrating on gameplay exercises, tactical formations, executing set pieces, and finishing attacks.
At the same time, seven players who started preparations for the new season later underwent an endurance test, more commonly known as the yo-yo test or beep test. Gradually increasing the pace, players performed shuttle runs between cones placed 20 meters apart. This time, the most enduring among the players was Maksym Bragaru.
After the test, the players were met with a lighter session, which included playing tennis-ball, a game that footballers really enjoy.
