The Control and Disciplinary Committee of the UAF made a number of decisions, including:
— having considered the application of the administrative unit for the accreditation of football clubs of the Football Education and Leadership Center regarding a possible violation of the accreditation system requirements of FC "Poltava" (Poltava), obliged FC "Poltava" (Poltava) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 400,000 (four hundred thousand) hryvnias (for providing false information during the accreditation system process);
— having considered the materials regarding possible violations of the UAF Code of Ethics and Fair Play by Andriy Zaporizhany before the match of the 14th round of the VBET League FC "Rukh" (Lviv) — FC "Left Bank" (Kyiv), which took place on November 24, 2024, banned Andriy Zaporizhany from conducting any activities related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for a period of 3 (three) years (for non-compliance with the requirements of the UAF Code of Ethics and Fair Play, namely: not to offer, promise, give or receive directly or indirectly any undue financial assistance or other benefits in any form in order to influence the performance of actions or inaction within their own competence; to refrain from any behavior that harms or may harm the integrity of matches and competitions; not to use in their activities methods and ways that may have illegal or unlawful influence on the course and/or outcome of a match or competition with the aim of obtaining an advantage for themselves or a third party);
— having considered the materials regarding possible violations of the UAF Code of Ethics and Fair Play by Dmytro Makhniev, banned Dmytro Makhniev from conducting any activities related to football (administrative, sports, etc.) for a period of 1 (one) year (for non-compliance with the requirements of the UAF Code of Ethics and Fair Play, namely: persons involved in competitions or their organization are prohibited from participating directly, indirectly, or in any other way in activities related to sports betting, totalizators, gambling, lotteries, similar events or operations related to sports), of which for 6 (six) months conditionally with a probation period of 1 (one) year.
