Former player of London's Arsenal Thomas Partey is accused of five counts of rape and one incident of sexual violence, reports Sky News.
Thomas ParteyAccording to sources, Thomas Partey is facing charges for incidents that occurred between 2021 and 2022. The player will appear before the Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
“The Crown Prosecution Service, after careful consideration of a large volume of evidence, authorized the charging of Thomas Partey on several counts of rape. Our prosecutors worked closely with the Metropolitan Police, who conducted investigations, reviewed the evidence, and made recommendations for presenting the appropriate charges,” said a statement from the Crown Prosecution Service.
