Israeli defender Stav Lemkin shared his impressions of moving from "Shakhtar" to "Twente" in a conversation with Israeli journalists.
Stav Lemkin"After what I experienced in Ukraine, Enschede feels like paradise. I told myself: wherever I may end up, it cannot be worse than it was in Ukraine. Even if you send me to a cold village in Germany, that would be luxury. We had air raid sirens every first Monday of the month. At first, it frightened me a lot. And yes, safety is now important to me," said Lemkin.
We remind you that Lemkin signed a three-year contract with the Dutch club with an option to extend for another season. His transfer cost "Twente" approximately 1.5 million euros.
