Roman Kryvoruchko (Director of the Department of International Relations and Development — note Tribuna.com) analyzed how profit distribution from broadcasts occurs in leading European leagues.
We brought this issue to the clubs for discussion. They almost unanimously supported that during the period of war, all funds, regardless of sporting results or other factors, are distributed equally among all participants of the championship. That is, the champion and the last team in the tournament table receive the same amount. This decision is in effect during the state of war.
We will also agree additionally, as this is a matter of internal subordination. I believe everyone will support that we inform how much money has been accumulated and how the profit has been distributed among the clubs. Moreover, clubs then publish all their reports and all of them are available. This is the requirement of the certification committee.
Each broadcast costs certain funds. As of today, the production of these broadcasts is fully covered. And in addition, there is also money that will be transferred to each club," — said Dykyi.
