The head coach of the Hungarian Kishvarda, Mate Gerlichki, commented on his team’s victory over Kyiv’s Dynamo (2:0) in today’s friendly match.
Mate Gerlichki“After our recent match against Zorya (2:0, — ed. note), it was nice to hear that Dynamo asked us to play another match with them. So today’s game was just the first round of a duel between the two teams.
Dynamo really liked what they saw from us in the match against Zorya, and they needed another match with Kishvarda. It suited us to distribute playing time among all the players according to their load since our goal is to give everyone enough opportunity to prove themselves.
From this perspective, the match went well, although it was clear that Dynamo represents a higher level compared to Zorya. We had a good match, didn’t concede any goals again, scored two, and often played very creatively. This is already the second match here that reflects everything we are training, and we are very happy about it.
In the second match with Dynamo (which will take place tomorrow, July 6, — ed. note), we want to repeat the 60−30-minute load, I am sure we will continue on this path,” Gerlichki’s words are quoted by the official website of Kishvarda.
