London's Arsenal has encountered serious problems in realizing its desire to sell its Ukrainian defender Oleksandr Zinchenko, whose contract expires in a year.
Oleksandr ZinchenkoThe chief transfer expert at TBR Football, Graeme Bailey, stated that the 28-year-old player is of interest to a number of clubs, but the high salary of the Ukrainian at Arsenal (€9 million a year) makes the situation with his transfer a deadlock.
‘There is potential interest from all sides in Zinchenko. But the complexity is that he earns a lot of money, and therefore it is not so easy to pull him out. I think this situation will require some creativity,’ Bailey is quoted by Arsenal Insider.
