According to Fichajes, the “Black Cats” have approached Madrid’s “Real” with an official offer to acquire the forward of this team, Gonzalo Garcia. “Sunderland” is ready to pay 30 million euros for this 21-year-old Spaniard and at the same time secure for “Real” 25% of the amount from the next transfer of the player.

At the same time, the source adds that the clause fixed in Garcia’s contract (the agreement is valid until the summer of 2027) is 40 million euros.
