The press service of "Left Bank" has issued an official statement regarding the decision of the UAF Disciplinary Committee to suspend the team’s coach Andriy Zaporozhan from football for three years.

"The football club "Left Bank" officially states that it does not agree with the decision of the Disciplinary Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association regarding the imposition of disciplinary action against our club’s representative.
It appears that the decision is based solely on the subjective assertions of one of the participants in the events, without any direct or material evidence.
We also note that the club and its representative have comprehensively cooperated with the investigation from the very beginning: they provided exhaustive written and oral explanations, and also voluntarily underwent a polygraph examination. This open position indicates the club’s readiness for a transparent and impartial clarification of all the circumstances of the case.
In this regard, the club considers the UAF Disciplinary Committee’s decision to be unfounded and one that violates the right to a fair hearing.
Currently, FC "Left Bank" is preparing an appeal to the UAF Appeals Committee with the aim of overturning the decision of the Disciplinary Committee. We hope for an objective review of the case and the consideration of all evidence provided by the defense.
The club also reserves the right to appeal to international football structures if the situation is not resolved fairly and in accordance with the principles of fair play.
Allegations of attempts to improperly influence referees are not only unsubstantiated by evidence but also contradict the values and principles that our club adheres to in its activities," the statement reads on the official site of "Left Bank".
