According to Dynamo.kiev.ua, Kyiv’s Dynamo has successfully optimized logistics for moves during the most intense period of the 2025/25 season.
Photo — fcdynamo.comRight after the first match of the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League (July 22), the “white-blues” will relocate to Lublin, and this Polish city will become the base for Alexander Shovkovskiy’s team for a little over a month.
We remind you that it is in Lublin that “Dynamo” will hold its home European Cup matches this coming season. The first of them will take place on July 29 (the return match of the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League), and thus, the Kyiv team will free itself from any relocations and will be fully focused on preparations for the game.
However, even after the second qualification of the Champions League, “Dynamo” will continue training in Lublin. This is due to the fact that until the end of August, European Cup matches will take place every week, and at the same time, in the first three rounds of the Ukrainian Championship– 2025/26, the “white-blues” will play exclusively in the western regions of the country (1st round – in Rivne against “Veres”, 2nd round – in Lviv against “Rukh”, 3rd round – in Ternopil against “Epicenter”): this will significantly simplify and shorten the ground movements of the team, considering the proximity of Lublin to the western border of Ukraine (100 km).
Thus, from July 22 to 29, “Dynamo” will be continuously located in Lublin. After that, on each of the next three weekends, the team will make moves for matches of the Ukrainian Championship, covering distances of only about 200-300 km. Meanwhile, in the middle of each of these weeks, the Kyiv team will be waiting for European Cup matches.
And only after the final match of the entire qualifying stage of the European Cups (August 26-28) will “Dynamo” move to Kyiv, where, in the framework of the 4th round of the Ukrainian Championship (the base day of the round – August 30), it will play against Zhitomir’s “Polesie”. At the same time, there will be the first break in the European Cup calendar, which will last until September 16.
