The head coach of Ternopil "Niva" Yuriy Virt answered whether his club can invite players of the caliber of former Kyiv "Dynamo" players Denis Harmash and Serhiy Rybalka.

— We have considered players of such caliber as Harmash and Rybalka, but we understand that the financial side of the issue will play a big role here. I am not sure that we will be able to satisfy their financial appetites and even offer the same salaries they had or will have in the second league club (speaking of "Lisne", which received the status of a professional club and will play in the second league from the new season).
Simply put, you understand, on the transfer market we primarily look at those players who want to play for Ternopil "Niva". Quality reinforcement is needed, I repeat, but, unfortunately, it’s not so simple and easy... It doesn’t just happen that you can take and invite a player that you would like.
