The 2024/2025 season has become the 15th for referee Vitaliy Romanov (Dnipro) in the elite division of the Ukrainian championship. With this achievement, he has caught up with Anatoliy Abdula (Kharkiv), Vasyl Melnychuk (Simferopol), Ihor Yarmenchuk (Kyiv), and Yuriy Možarovskyi (Lviv), with whom he shares the 5-9 places in the list of veteran referees in the Ukrainian championship.
Vitaliy RomanovThe leaders here are Serhiy Shebek (Kyiv), Ihor Ishchenko (Kyiv/Khmelnytskyi), Vitaliy Hodu lian (Odesa), and Oleksandr Derdo (Chornomorsk) - all with 17 seasons.
Among the referees who officiated in the previous season of the UPL Championship, we should also highlight Ihor Paskhal (Kherson), who completed his 11th season, and Mykola Balakin (Kyiv region) - his 10th.
