Former striker of Kyiv’s Dynamo Ilya Shkurin, who currently plays for Warsaw’s Legia, refused to fly with his team to Kazakhstan for tomorrow’s return match of the 1st qualifying round of the Europa League against local Aktobe.
Ilya ShkurinAs reported by Polish journalist from Canal Plus Krzysztof Marciniak on his Twitter, the Belarusian football player fears that the Belarusian regime led by Alexander Lukashenko, whom he criticizes, may create problems for him in dealings with Kazakh services.
Recall that Shkurin played for Dynamo in 2021. The Belarusian forward has been defending the colors of Legia since early 2025.
