Ukrainian midfielder Dmytro Khomchenovskyi recalled how he was on trial at Kyiv’s “Dynamo”.
Dmytro Khomchenovskyi— Yes, that happened — even twice. The first time — back when I was at the “Olympik” academy, and the second time — when I was already playing in the main squad of “Olympik” in the second league. It was during the youth European championship in Donetsk. I didn’t make it then, they said that I was “like everyone else,” so there was no point in taking me.
