Following an investigation and a disciplinary proceeding against the Montenegrin club “Arsenal Tivat” and certain individuals concerning the results of the Conference League matches of the 2023/2024 season against “Alashkert”, the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body of UEFA has made the following decisions:

To impose a fine of 500,000 euros on “Arsenal Tivat” for match-fixing and to exclude the club from participating in European competitions for 10 years (until the 2034/2035 season inclusive).

To request FIFA to extend the ban at a global level.

Sanctions against individuals:

Nikola Celebić (player) — lifetime ban on any football-related activity;

Ranko Krgovich (official) — lifetime ban;

Cetko Manoylovich (player) — 10-year ban;

Radule Zhivkovich (player) — 10-year ban;

Dushan Puletic (player) — 10-year ban;

Milan Vihnevich (official, FC “Radnički Obrenovac”) — 10-year ban;

Goran Yanyushevich (official, FC “Radnički Obrenovac”) — 6-year ban;

Christos Psomiadis — 8-year ban.

For each of these decisions, UEFA also requests FIFA to extend sanctions worldwide.
