Today, the draw for the qualifying round of the Ukrainian Cup took place at the Football House. In the 2025/2026 season, a record number of teams will participate during the time of war — 68. The competition will involve representatives from all levels of Ukrainian football — from elite clubs to regional ones.
Teams participating in the tournament include:
— 16 teams from the Ukrainian Premier League;
— 32 teams from the Professional Football League (16 — first league, 16 — second league);
— 4 teams from the Amateur Football Association of Ukraine;
— 16 teams from regional football associations.
16 teams from regional competitions will participate in the qualifying round. Eight winners will advance to the 1/32 finals. In the event of a draw at the end of regular time, the winner will be determined by a penalty shootout — without extra time.

1/32 finals
In the competitions at this stage, the following teams will participate:
— 8 winners of the qualifying round;
— 32 teams from the PFL (16 from the first and 16 from the second leagues);
— 4 representatives from the AAFU: “Ahratekh” (Tyshkivka, Kirovohrad region), “Denhoff” (Denikhivka, Kyiv region), “Kormil” (Yavoriv, Lviv region), “Mayak” (Sarny, Rivne region);
— 12 teams from the Ukrainian Premier League.
The basic dates for the matches of the 1/32 finals are August 23–24, 2025.
