Oleksandr Babich— “Vorskla” has fallen to the first league, players are leaving, salaries are being cut. How to work in such an environment?
— I will say honestly, I raised these questions in conversations with the club management, who understand the situation, that there are significant problems and that a new team needs to be built. Funding will be reduced, but it is important that it will be stable. We want to establish the core of the team by winter so that we can then involve young players around it and have the opportunity to fulfill certain tasks.
— Is it true that the salary cap at Vorskla will be two thousand dollars?
— Yes, approximately, such limits exist, and the management has discussed it. For the First League, these conditions are decent. Additionally, bonuses for each game will also be announced. But the most important thing, and I was assured of this, is that all of this will be stable.
