Midfielder of Kyiv’s Dynamo Georgy Tsitaishvili commented on his loan transfer to the French club Metz.

“When I learned that Metz was interested in me, I called Georges Mikautadze (a player from Metz, — ed. note), and he spoke exclusively positively about the city, the club, and the coaching staff. So I made my decision quickly. The conversation with Mikautadze definitely influenced my decision. I also consulted with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (a player from PSG, — ed. note), and he told me that the level of the French championship is very good, as is the level of Metz.”
“It was important for me to join a club with a vision for the future. I am pleasantly surprised by the coaching staff, their approach to work, the team, and the almost family relationships among the players. I am happy to be here and to be part of the team,” Tsitaishvili said during the press conference where he was introduced as a player of Metz.
