Under the transfer ban of the UAF Disciplinary Committee are:
- FC "Metalist" (Kharkiv)
- FC "Ahrobiznes" (Volochysk)
- FC "Kremin" (Kremenchuk)
- FC "Niva" (Ternopil)
- FC "Skala 1911" (Stryi)
- FC "Vorskla" (Poltava)
- FC "Inhulets" (Petrove)
It should be noted that the list is dynamic and may change daily.
Clubs that have been imposed a transfer ban by FIFA
This list includes both clubs that no longer exist, such as "Arsenal" from Kyiv, and active teams, including "Metalist" from Kharkiv and "Vorskla" from Poltava.
Overall, the following clubs have received transfer restrictions: "Vorskla" (Poltava), "Metalist" (Kharkiv), "Dnipro-1", "Karpaty" (KPF, Lviv), "Arsenal" (Kyiv), "Volyn" (Lutsk), "Olympik" (Donetsk), and "Dnipro". Sanctions were imposed for unfulfilled financial obligations, unresolved disputes, or other violations recorded at the international level.
In some cases, the ban is indefinite — until the clubs settle their debts or rectify the situation.
